Wednesday, January 31, 2024 - Another typical for Rossignol Côte de Beaune pinot in Côte de Nuits clothes. Some varnish, earth, fruit on the nose. Earth, deep fruit on the palate. Sneaky tannins. Needs about 5+ years to truly shine.
