Saturday, December 30, 2023 - Initially it was very good in that it was clean and crisp. After 20 minutes it was really good! It developed greater depth, viscosity and minerality that went really well with the truffle gnocchi I was eating. Also worked with the tiramisu and cannoli! Leave the gun and take the cannoli.
