Sunday, August 30, 2009 - Very tight on first glass (2 hours after double decant). Nothing going on. Moved to great sweet fruit entry with an engaging nose after two more hours. Really good for a standard bottling, drinking well after air now, certain to improve with time, very glad to have bought a lot more.
