Saturday, December 17, 2011 - Popped and poured. Beautiful nose, a bit jammy but with sufficient spice to balance the fruit. While it was perfectly ready to drink, it will change over time and would be interesting to see how it develops. A bit high in alcohol and at moments it reminded me of a dry zin (nopt a bad thing) and I thoroughly enjoyed the wine.
