Saturday, February 11, 2012 - Enormous and very evolved nose of animal, brown sugar, almost sweet... taste very pure ripe fruit, black cherries, bacon fat, very very long aftertaste, almost sweet & fresh at the same time... probably the best vintage of Pierre Usseglio Chateauneuf, but I would serve this at the end of a meal rather than at the beginning
