Wednesday, February 13, 2013 - At pop and pour: metalic and old dust nose... taste awful alcohol and light fruit...
After 2 hours: powerful nose of macerated black cherries jam and salty black licorice, still a hint of alcohol... taste of ripe red cherries, almost sweet, very high refreshing acidity, still a hint of alcohol
To me the wine has just finished it's primary fruit phase, and is now entering gradually in the tertiary flavors... I wouldn't touch this wine for the next 3-5 years, the time that it competely integrates with tetiary flavours
Rated 89+/100 now... and potentially 95/100 in 5 years
