Sunday, September 27, 2015 - A plush CdP, nice round edges. Another taster commented on cherry notes and I agree with that. A CdP that non-CdP drinkers can like, including my wife! Good balance, not a simple wine but not a challenging flavor profile (i.e. lower on the funk index). Was very nice with the pork ribs dish and the dry rub played well off the fruit and acid core. I would drink this again with things coming off the grill, it isn't a wine than needs tons of contemplation.
