Saturday, November 13, 2021 - Garnet coloured, rather pale. Pleasant, mature, medium intensity nose of mature dried fruit. Dry with a slight alcohol sweetness, medium(+) acidity, medium velvet tannins, medium body. Mature, still a lot of fruit. Raisins woven into complexity. Medium length with a bit sweetness and some heat in the finish. 14,5%, but well surrounded by fruit. Typical C9P with a lasting impression of complexity and elegance.
Holds well day two.
