Sunday, December 8, 2013 - 375 opened but not decanted and allowed to breathe for an hour prior to following over 2 hours. Black cherry, raspberry, crushed stone and earth. Wine is nicely layered but either needs more time or is just not one of their more inspiring vintages. Some green notes blew off within an hour, tannins are well-integrated adn provide a dryness without any grit or grain.
