Sunday, August 28, 2016 - Seems to be a long term candidate. Upon opening was closed. Some fruit but very muted. Seemed nicely made, but what was there was lurking underneath. Decanted for a full three hours after that and it was just beginning to reveal what was hinted at earlier and continued to improve as we drank over the next hour. What stood out to me were the secondary flavors of blueberry/blackberry with a bit of sweetness. Thoroughly enjoyed and will hold on to remaining bottles for the long term.
