Monday, February 19, 2024 - Clear, with a light yellow tint. Initial nose was like juicy fruit gum with a slight hint of rubber. As it warmed, multiple floral notes emerged.

Grapefruit, chalk and steel on the palate. Although a dry Bordeaux, there is a nice hint of sweetness. Well developed acidity. Very enjoyable and refreshing
