Thursday, January 29, 2015 - VinoLaprisco Tasting (Restaurant De Karpendonkse Hoeve *, Eindhoven, Netherlands): Sweet Cabernet fruit, fresh and elegant, gravelly warmth, more vitality and structure than the Larrivet 1998 it was paired with, attractive tannic grip, ripe Merlot adds weight, very good length. Classic Domaine de Chevalier style.
