Saturday, January 1, 2011 - Popped and poured, light in color but had a syurpy feel on the palate. Stuck in decanter for a few hours while we went out for dinner, much improved. Red fruit, floral nose. Black cherries and red raspberries. Enjoyable bottle. Waiting for another year at least for popping the last bottle.
