Wednesday, April 1, 2015 - Ex chateau 2015. Good fill & cork. With Simon & Di on the eve of their trip to the Far East. Decanted 3 hours. Sublime limpid deep colour. Tears. Delicious nose and mature palate, some sweetness but the fruit now relegated to a subordinate role. A most pleasing wine; some very fine, smooth tannins appear after an hour or so, and then meld in. None of the LLC hardness, just a delight.
