Thursday, February 21, 2013 - Popped and started drinking about 15 minutes later. OMG this wine has come a long way since the last bottle and was putting out the most hallmark Bordeaux nose and great burnt cherry, cedar and light oak touches. All in the group were exclaiming its greatness over the course of the meal. This was the 3rd of a 6 pack consumed and I wish it was the first as this is the ideal starting point.
