Saturday, January 20, 2024 - pale lemon colour and a bit of reduction on the nose that then opens to ripe fruit with some citrus and herbs. smooth in the mouth, a mineral vein runs the length of the palate. subtle acidity keeps it lively as the fruit gains expression. moderate length with a bit of spice.

very good regional-level Chardonnay that is ready to drink now and for a handful of years.

13% AbV; all stainless ageing.
