Saturday, May 16, 2009 - Nose of cedar, raspberry, dark fruit, eucalyptus, and other forest herbs. This was wonderful in the mouth with a profile led by dark caramelized fruit and finished with a tart, crisp acidity. The mouth was enveloped in beautiful, round tannins. The finish was long and this wine got better with each sip. We were sorry to see this bottle finish. Perfectly aged at this point.
