Friday, April 26, 2024 - Pnp. Pours pale canary yellow. Very clean and clear. Golden delicious apple, lanolin amd yellow plum on the nose. Maybe a touch of unripe apricot as well. Off dry, clean fruit, good acidity and no apparent alcohol or oak present. No spritz either. More golden delicious apple (almost like a hard cider), yellow plum a touch of lanolin and a bit of green herbs on the palate. Finishes clean, freah and yellowy fleshy fruity. Nice indeed!
