Monday, April 22, 2024 - Quite pale but a very yellow hue. Ripe orchard fruits on the nose - peaches and ripe apple perhaps. Full on the palate - quite textural - feels a little more than the 13% alcohol listed. Finishes with bracing acid, mineral notes and a touch of pleasant bitterness. Good persistence. Firmly rooted in southern Italy, it is both full and fresh. A wine for the table but with the right seafood would be simply excellent.
