Friday, December 27, 2013 - Drank over a 3 day period, with storage in the refrigerator in between. First two days, it was unremarkable - was it over the hill? Third day, I opened it and poured and left to breathe over an hour, and did it ever wake up. Stewed and ripe fruit, seamless integration, no hard edges. Fantastic wine. My recommendation, decant for 2-3 hours before consuming.
