Thursday, November 23, 2017 - Opened and allowed to breathe in-bottle for 2.5 hours, followed over the next 2 hours. Ripe red fruit on the nose, strong tobacco, tea and spice. Really well-balanced profile of fruit and structure with a bit of alcohol late in the finish. This could stand well on its own but was an excellent Thanksgiving wine following up to our Dumol Chard starter. Still has several strong years ahead of it
