Saturday, August 7, 2004 - Tasted at the San Diego Wine Company tasting bar, then later consumed at home with roasted chicken. Bright disc. Pale-to-light yellow robe with clear rim. Clean nose, showing moderately intense aromas of wet stones, honeysuckle, green apples and orange peel. Light to medium-bodied on the palate, with good crisp acidity and flavors which mirror the nose. Long, crisp finish. Very nice now, this wine has the structure to improve with a couple of years in the cellar.
