Wednesday, February 6, 2019 - Pop and pour. Excellent out of the bottle, but the last glass 3 hours later was even better. Resolved tannins, great mature fruit, very smooth and balanced. If I had another bottle, I'd drink it within the next year and would decant for at least an hour.
