Friday, February 2, 2024 - PnP, drank two glasses over a few hours, drank the rest on day 2.

Very nice soft fruit flavor that has hints of, you guessed it, cherries. The wine is silky smooth and has a nice, fairly long clean finish. Very few earthy tones at this stage.

I am going to hold the rest of my bottles for a few years, see how they develop. If it does develop some leather/dried leaves/tobacco this could be a stunner. Calling it a 91 on a non-inflated CT scale, with room for upside.

I will be watching for other people's notes on this one.
