Wednesday, March 5, 2008 - Clear, pale yellow color. Nose clean with pronounced raisin and a touch of floral. Sweet, moderate acidity, medium bodied, sultanas, oranges, and elderflower on the palate. Medium finish. Pleasant, refreshing, and just enough acidity to prefect the tongue-coating feeling. Nice. 11.5% alco, cork, 21.01 resid. sugars.
