Tuesday, April 30, 2019 - PnP. Then waited 90 minutes prior to tasting. Nose of black cherry. This is beautiful in color. Pretty dark red. Beautiful in the mouth. Plenty of cherry with vibrant acidity and a lovely sappy note. This is a big gorgeous Il Poggio. Plenty of depth. Very long finish. Wow! Glad I have more. In its drinking window, but will hold for years.
