Saturday, April 2, 2022 - Decanted briefly (less than an hour) and then first tried out of Riedel vinum bordeaux and then Zalto Burgundy. The nose had more depth in the latter but then temperature rose so that the cherry notes were replaced by chocolate notes. Some tannins, high acidity. Excellent wine but not quite singing like the last time, probably because of the temperature. Will last for several more decades.
