Monday, May 25, 2015 - You know how sometimes you get mad you opened a bottle? Not because it wasn't good but because it was SO good that you wish you had it back. Well I am glad I have one more of these! This wine was stunning! It had evolved into an amazing expression of central coast syrah. Exactly what it should be!. Dark rich deep fruit, blueberry pie filling, plums dipped in chocolate. a dust of cocoa powder. sweet soft tannins that held this beauty together for quite some time. It it absolutely drinking as well as I believe it will. As a lover of Syrah, especially with some age on it, this small production gem was excellent!
