Thursday, November 9, 2023 - Decanted for a couple of hours after being upright for a month. Served at 12°. Nose is really lovely; earth, some sliced mushrooms and a hint of beef carpaccio (complete with the citrus). Palate is cool fruited, long and balanced. Tannins have melted away, some tertiary earth tones persist with a little spice and some Margaux berries. Really lovely.
