Thursday, August 17, 2017 - A nice balance between earthy and fruity. The tannins are still pretty strong, but silky smooth nevertheless. I love how well the spiciness goes with the subtle blend of notes of plum, black cherry, cigar or tobacco. Will continue to drink well for the next couple years at the very least.
