Saturday, December 24, 2011 - Gorgeous. Burnt caramel, creme brulee, apricot, dark honey. Some of the tar/asphault that earlier Gilettes can show have disippated leaving a sauterne that rivals d'yQ. Not quite the complexity, but an overall experience that it sublime.
