Friday, April 5, 2024 - Cassis, black cherry cola, big red gum, maybe something faintly beef jerky-like on the nose. Similar flavors on the palate with some crushed stone and black pepper also. Quite fresh and lively, with impressive length. Very fine indeed. One note, this is just labeled Guatallary and I don’t see any reference to Altamira or St. Felicen on the label, but this popped up when I scanned the bar code.
