Saturday, December 22, 2012 - X MAS DINNER WITH THE GANG AT CHEZ CARMICHEL'S

tea colored, full bodied, high alcohol
nose is brandy-like, with caramel and burnt creme brule
caramel palate, dried apricots and other fruits
sweet hint of honey suckle
this wine went over well amongst the group. a nice alternative to some of the regular sweeter wines out there
