Friday, April 17, 2009 - 90+; A cab with a restrained winemaking style - balanced and complex. Medium weight and lacking a bit on the finish. At a reasonable price this wine would be a buy. Tasted at the Texas Culinary Masters dinner with a beef tenderloin course. Nice pairing!
