Monday, August 3, 2009 - JJ Prum 83 - 2003 and More (Scott Worcester's in Southwest Harbor, ME): Showing a pale yellow in the glass with mild scents of petrol, lemon, and mineral. Flavors of lemon, mineral, lime, and a light hint of white grapefruit linger nicely on a very focused 30+ second finish. This was quite a surprise, almost like a trocken riesling in it's focus, acidity, and slightly off-dry finish.
