Monday, March 4, 2024 - Savory and herbal on the nose, mint and thyme, a little dried mushrooms and leather, red cherry candy too, a little fresh roses... tense and nervous on the palate, pure fruit, strong tannins and acid, classically proportioned, this is full and assertive, the structure needs time to integrate... This is young and serious, and probably won't hit its stride until age 10+
