Tuesday, March 5, 2024 - This is the boxed wine I've been searching for.

Straight ahead, old world, no fuss Sangiovese. Clocks in just under $60/box = $15/bottle. "Fiasco" is the bottle and straw basket Chianti sometimes arrives in.

Easily good enough for a weeknight glass or two, or excellent (if slightly over-specced) for cooking.

Organic, biodynamic grapes and an eco-conscious house.

Very, very impressed, will try to get more.
