Saturday, March 25, 2023 - Color, clear red with some sediments after decanting. 1st nose, fruits and oak. 2nd nose, cedar and earth. On the palate, vibrant and youthful with fresh character. Very lovely texture and aroma. Paired beautifully with grilled lamb and potato gratin.
