Sunday, June 3, 2018 - Pale garnet in color. Bit closed upon opening, with muted red raspberry and strawberry. Wet rock and damp earth undertones showing promise of a complexity not common in new world Pinots. Any use of oak has been so finely integrated, it’s seemless and shows respect for the grape. Elegant and will be delightful with the grilled Moroccan lamb and vegetable shush kebabs.
