Sunday, March 24, 2024 - Cross in-between Riesling and Pinot Bianco (although I would have guessed it’s a Pinot Grigio instead)
Combines quite happily Riesling freshness and Pinot structure of a slight nuttiness and aromas of white flowers.
Clean nose showing a bright primary character of yellow pears and white flowers. Overall medium intensity. Refreshing and an easy-drinking wine with a very good balance of minerality, freshness and fruitiness. You must be careful not to get it overcooled as all this will disappear below 8 deg. C. Should be very good paired with spaghetti fruity di mare or even scampi or similar sea food.
