Thursday, March 21, 2024 - 00 Wines from Burgundy and Willamette (Bligny-lès-Beaune - Burgundy): Sit down tasting. Barrel assemblage. Spiced, floral with plenty of apple and baked apple. Tasty and rich, long with very good textures and balance, even if not fully woven together in this stage of its infancy. 91-93 point potential, I think this will rise above the 2022 vintage tasted earlier.
