Monday, March 18, 2024 - Les Portes d'Or de la Bourgogne - Les Grands Jours de Bourgogne (William Fèvre's Vineyards - Chablis): Walkaround tasting with producers. Floral start. Rich orchard fruit aromas and flavors with mineral textures. Good balance already, very good depth. An exceptional Village wine. Named for the vineyard's very steep slope.
