Friday, October 27, 2023 - Burgundy Wimps 2023 - Hôtel Frédéric Carrion table (La Trompette): Deep and ample on the nose, and something tomatoey. A good line of acidity, verging on volatile, lots of energy, and an earthiness. Old school and delicious.
