Monday, April 21, 2014 - Dark ruby. First night was rather oaky and sweet. A little bit lacking in acidity. Nose was quite expressive though, mostly red fruits. On second night, this was showing much better. Oak integrated well and sweetness less prominent. More minerality though still ripe but adequately balanced by lifting acidity.
