Monday, July 14, 2014 - Birthday dinner with Melissa and Stan (Jade Palace, Forum (Singapore)): Smoky red cherry nose, medium bodied on the palate and swirling with silky expressive fruit. Delicious mineral-tinged complexity into the finish. Very enjoyable indeed
