    11/25/2014 11:59:00 PM - Pull the cork in the morning. Put the cork on the bottle but do not push it in again. Drink in the evening. This method IMHO creates the best results for Riesling not older than 15 years. Older Riesling: pull the cork between one and three hours before drinking, the older, the less airtime.
