Tuesday, January 19, 2016 - Decanted at Le Chatelet restaurant in Zaragoza. Wow. Soft and supple complexity, with full fruit (black cherries) and balanced acids. Tannins completely resolved. Such a different experience when compared head to head with the much brasher and up-front '06 Valbuena. Here with the Unico we have a more sophisticated presence, tonight with the lamb main course and chocolate dessert. Sublime.
