Tuesday, June 10, 2014 - This behaved quite strangely showing some beef stock and sweet brown sugar notes at first and I thought it was a bit advanced. It really tightened in the glass and showed some freshly grated ginger notes and crisp cherry fruit. It had good line in the mouth and decent cut to the finish.
