Friday, February 24, 2012 - The Verticals at La Paulee de San Francisco (Westin St. Francis - San Francisco CA): Very ripe black fruit with aromas of black cherry and cherry liqueur with hints of dark chocolate. Super ripe on palate as well with fairly assertive structure. If tasted blind, I doubt I could have identified this as from Morey St.-Denis. Give this a long sleep in the cellar to soften.
