Thursday, July 29, 2021 - Spicy black cherry with good acidic structure and gamy iron finish. Tastes like high percentage of whole cluster. Still tight and needs 2+ hours to open. Not full broad Pommard, but a spicy minerally version. Will be drinking well for another 5+ years.
